This is my LAST post here! Gotta NEW Blog!!!!

Yay! FINALLY, I am ready to say that my new blog is ready to view! Yippee!!! Wahoo! I can't tell you how long I have been wanting to do away with the old. I am so EXCITED! The features are just amazing and I am still trying to grasp it all. It is like a whole new world. I love that you cannot click on a link to view the next blog...I have my own domain! All mine!! I had issues from time to time with my postings/images. They would get a goofy for no apparent reason. Then, the image size! Oh the size! You aren't going to need a magnifying lense for viewing the new stuff! How awesome is that?!
So, everyone I hope that you make note of this change and come check out the new blog. I can't wait to hear from y'all. If you are curious if I will have two blogs again, the answer is no. This is another reason I am thrilled about this change. I am not going to maintain two blogs anymore. My recent invites/stationary AND photography work will be posted together on the new bloggie blog. Oh fun! Hehe.
Check it out!!!!!

Merry Christmas!!!! and Time Off!!!

From my home to yours, I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas! If you are traveling, I pray that you and your family have a safe, happy journey to and from. I won't be going too far myself. I will be heading home tomorrow to my hometown, Snyder, which is about an hour and fifteen minutes from here. Then, Christmas day I will be "Off to Grandmother's House we go..." (traveling by car of course not sleigh) in Post 30 minutes down the road for the fun, rowdy Owen gathering. We spend most of the day there talking, eating, laughing and making lots of memories. This will be the second Christmas without my PawPaw since his passing and it is still hard for me to know I won't get to hear his stories or try to catch a snap shot of him. But, again...the memories were created and that's what I hold near and dear to my heart.

I will be back in Snyder for a few days for my Farquhar family Christmas, a wedding consult and some relaxing as well. In addition to all of this hustle and bustle that is going on, I am taking some much needed time off before I hit hard into the 2010 Wedding and Graduation Seasons.

Jeannie Free Family

Meet Jeannie, Cody, Shelby and Kaitlyn Free. Such a cute family! I am so glad that Jeannie called to ask me to take their pictures. We battled the chilly temps and I am so thrilled we did because I think we got some good shots. Little Kaitlyn loved the puppies we came across out at the Windmill Ranch Preserve. Haha! It was too cute! Shelby was quite the little poser for me and such a pretty little girl. Then, Cody was great! What a great big brother!! He has such patience and he didn't mind having his picture taken. Jeannie, you have a beautiful family and thanks for letting me spend a small moment in your lives with you. Have a Merry Christmas!!!

Kaleb and Renae Herrley Family

Meet Kaleb, Renae and Audrey Herrley. I just love this family! I went to school with Kaleb and Renae way back to junior high and high school. They were high school sweethearts and their love for one another continues to grow. Audrey came along about three years ago and isn't she gorgeous? I am just captured by her beauty and her sweet spirit. I had so much fun taking their pictures that I just kept going! Haha!! And, the weeds and such we got into made me itch all over and had Renae's allergies kicked in high gear. Despite all the stuff we got into, it gave some great pictures. Here are my picks of The Herrley's pics. Love you guys!!! Enjoy!!

Macey Wilson

Wednesday morning, I had the opportunity to photograph Macey Wilson. She is the two year old daughter of David and Amy Wilson, who I went to school with in Snyder. She is an absolute doll. We found some gorgeous falling leaves that made everything perfect. Macey loved it, too! She jumped right into the whole idea that I had and it couldn't have worked out better. We even played a little peek-a-boo. Haha! David and Amy, she is such a sweet, beautiful little girl and I thank you for giving me this opportunity to photograph her. Enjoy!

Stacey Robertson and David Vierus Wedding

I love this picture! David's nephew just loves to be around him and this just shows that. Precious!

David and Stacey were married a few weekends ago at their home in Champion. They had a simple, country wedding with lots of charm. Around their home was some pretty cool spots for photos. I was thrilled when I saw the fun little building, gorgeous trees and the hay bales. I also felt a West Texas sunset coming on, which set right about the time the ceremony took place. The famililes danced it up all night and even got in some karaoke. Lots of laughter and memories! Thanks for letting me share in those moments. Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Vierus!
